Hi.

I am about to complete on a building plot and construct a new build with my father.

He has bought the land with personal money and we will be putting another £50,000.00 of personal money into it.

We are going to be around £40,000.00 short. The figures are as follows.

£160,000.00 to complete the whole project with a valuation of between £225,000.00/250,000.00.

Neither of us have accounts to show, so I am trying to find out what is available to us, so we can raise the last £40,000.00.

When you say you have no accounts , do you mean that you have had no income over the past few years?

Does that mean you have no other investments or no proof of emloyment.
