Default no part p help please
My son rewired my house in 2006, he is fully qualified and has always been employed and not self employed. I am due to complete and move on friday, but have no part p. My son was unaware of this regulation, I am at my wits end as what to do as my buyers solicitor is insisting on this, i have had a PIR done, but he is saying this is not enough, please help anyone.
