I have received correspondence from my Landladys husband stating on the letterhead that he is a Solicitor.
He is in fact a non practicing solicitor and should clearly state that on correspondence to me I believe. If he is trying to pull the wool over my eyes because I am unhappy with the way they have conducted this rental should I forward this letter on to the Law Society ? This I feel is just another bullying tactic from him to shut me up? Any advice????? Elsbeth |

Just heard back from the Law Society and apparently the fact he has put on the letter he is a solicitor and not a non practicing solicitor the Law Society want a copy of the letter so that they can pursue it !
Just goes to show that bulling does not work......... Very happy |
