Non practicing Solicitor acting as a Soclicitor
I have received correspondence from my Landladys husband stating on the letterhead that he is a Solicitor.
He is in fact a non practicing solicitor and should clearly state that on correspondence to me I believe. If he is trying to pull the wool over my eyes because I am unhappy with the way they have conducted this rental should I forward this letter on to the Law Society ? This I feel is just another bullying tactic from him to shut me up? Any advice????? Elsbeth

Just heard back from the Law Society and apparently the fact he has put on the letter he is a solicitor and not a non practicing solicitor the Law Society want a copy of the letter so that they can pursue it !
Just goes to show that bulling does not work......... Very happy
