Hi - can anyone advise.
I am in the process of purchasing an apartment, and have been advised it is the last one in a small development of 8 properties. I have searched the land registry to get confirmation of when the other flats were sold (and prices sold for!) but can find no mention of them whatsoever. Does everything get registered once sold or not? If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be appreciated. Many thanks

Assuming that the properties are in England or Wales and were sold as leases for over 7 years, they should be registered. It may be that one or two are still in the course of registration, but 7 seems unlikely. If I were you, I would phone the relevant Land Registry office and ask - it would be useful to be able to quote the title number for the freehold interest
