Good base for organic mattress
Prepare to give your mattress a longer life by putting in a good base. If you bought an organic mattress made of natural materials like organic cotton, wool, latex rubber, or hemp, you have to let the breath, and a solid platform is not going to do. A box spring foundation is also unhealthy synthetic for your mattress, it does not allow adequate air circulation. Equally problematic is to put your organic mattress on the floor directly. There are several options to provide adequate air movement to your organic mattress. Mattress platform or organic box springs are a good option to allow your mattress to breathe. If none of these options is possible, consider drilling 1 "holes in the solid platform bed frame to allow air to flow more freely. Cover your organic mattress with organic bedding Equally important to your mattress is the bedding you choose to cover it with organic bedding is here the only way to go. Start by selecting a natural wool or cotton or mattress protector. This will allow your mattress to breathe while protecting it from stains and dirt. Select organic bedding made from organic cotton, bamboo, wool, hemp, and the like, to end their organic sleep system. If you get the most out of your organic mattress, avoid products like magnetic sheets, foam padded and covers the barrier, and synthetic mattress covers. All these choking air movement and prevent your mattress to breathe naturally. Be sure to wash your organic bedding on a regular basis. I take this opportunity to let your mattress breathe even more than usual. Leave both the sheets and feather mattress off (the air in the sun if possible) of the mattress for several hours to allow the air. Some even recommend moving the mattress to the sun for a total air of experience. Flip your mattress organic If you need to turn your organic mattress will depend largely on the type you have purchased. Here is a quick way to know if it is necessary to turn the mattress or not: Monthly flip mattress, box springs and futons should be flipped and / or rotate on a monthly basis to ensure the sources are used consistently over time. Some manufacturers recommend less frequent flipping and rotating - just to see how your mattress wears out and turn more frequently if you notice uneven fall or crevices. It does not require flipping: If you've chosen a mattress natural rubber latex is not necessary to flip or rotate at all. Latex is a more durable product and will not suffer the same problems that wear out springs. Spot clean your mattress organic Hopefully your topper organic mattress to prevent her from becoming dirty or stained, but in case something unexpected happens, here are some natural cleaning tips to keep your mattress looking and smelling as good as new: To begin, vacuum the mattress in the first place if the area is dry out as much waste as possible. Then ground gently sponge the stain with a soft, slightly damp and a bit of natural soap. Air dry completely. Unpleasant odor, try a 1:3 mixture of vinegar to a solution of water combined with sun drying. For pet stains, spray the area with baking soda and let stand. Then using a sponge with diluted hydrogen peroxide and natural soap, the work of the moisture in the mattress. Let dry completely and repeat if the odor persists. |

That's actually wrong. Most organic materials are not hypoallergenic. And dust mites and bed bugs actually prefer organic products.

Or alternatively you just buy a well ventialted mattress. As long as you don't go for all foam mattresses, or reflex foam encapsulated pocket sprung mattresses, then you should have no problem with ventilation on most mattresses. Obviously a bedstead will give the best ventilation, but they will also damage pocket springs.

Once the sheets are on, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between organic and synthetic mattresses, except that those containing at least some synthetic materails are often mor comfortable, because more can be done with synthetic materials.
