Hi there,
Just looking for a rough idea of whether an outbuilding is worth more with planning permission for conversion to an annex or conversion to holiday accommodation. Any opinions/advice much appreciated. Cheers, Nick.

A lot is going to depend on the location and type of property.
The best place to start is probably by speaking to a few local agents. They'll be able to tell you what people looking to buy in your area want.
