Default Overseas Mortgages -- help needed
There are several emerging markets where mortegages are near impossible to get on a local basis.

Does anyone have any idea how to get mortegages in these areas -- especially emerging markets?

here's something that i read about overseas mortgages:

When obtaining an overseas or foreign currency mortgage, additional practicalities must be taken into account. From language barriers to taxation worries, obtaining an overseas mortgage is fraught with possible difficulties and requires an incredible level of organisation.
