We operate an inci licensed estate agency in Tomar, central Portugal, we have seen an increase in uk clients buying their first property overseas, first time buyers are getting on the property ladder abroad by taking advantage of the lower mortgage interest rates and cheaper properties available, also depending on the type of property good capital growth can be achieved, i think given whats going on in the uk, this trend of first time buyers buying abroad may continue.
