I would say that it may even more than double -- but to say such a thing with confidence takes guts as the entire market is in turmoil. Yet, I expect the turmoil will end in about six months.

It should be noted that Brits are expected to invest in emerging markets such as Turkey and North Cyprus and will veer away from the expensive traditional markets that have little prospects for capital gain and have questionable rental possibilities.
