The sale of the farm is being handled by McCartneys.

Cwm Farm is set in the heart of the unspoilt south Shropshire Countryside, some 6 miles South West of the market town of Craven arms.
With 118 acres, the farm gives valuable opportunity to prospective purchasers to aquire an excellent block of pasture land, with mixed woodland together with house, sheeps buildings and traditional buildings with development potential.

Additional land: A further 19.5 acres being 13.5 acres of pasture and 6 acres of woodland may be rented on an annual licence if required.

Timber: All growing timber is included in the sale of the property

Stewardship: Cwm Farm is currently in a HLS Management Agreement until 2016. Annual payment received for 2010 £5730. The purchasers will be expected to continue with the management agreement.

Method of sale: The farm will be offered for sale by Informal Tender, offers to be recieved by the agents by MID-DAY on 26th August 2011 and forwarded to Mr Les Thomas, McCartneys, LLP, Corvedale Road, Craven arms, Shropshire, SY7 9NE in a sealed envelope and mared "CWM FARM". The vendors reserve the right to sell prior to the closing date, and not to accept any offer or indeed the highest offer and sale.

Im unsure as to your intentions with this post. Are you simply offing a farm for sale or have I missed something?

That would be the general idea, yes. Although if you're one of the admins - I'll probably get my post deleted for doing that right?
My parents are under alot of stress at the moment so I thought I'd help them out a little bit, which being a poor student means anything that's free, I'm there!

It really is a beautiful place and I would just like it to go to someone who will really appreciate it.

If you want a buyer you need to state a price!
Even if it is a guide price.
Sounds dodgy to me - steer clear of it everyone!

I see. The thing is, as New Homes Expert said, you should really give a price too. The world would be a frustrating place if you had to delve to find the price of everything! Good luck with the sale.
