Default planning permission from 1963?!
We are about to sell our home, but a search of local planning permission has flagged up the extension built onto our house in 1963 - 37 years before we moved in! The buyer's solicitor has asked for a copy of the PP and building reg compliance, but do we have to provide it if it was for works done by the previous owner...46 years ago!!?

Sorry, it's Saturday so I can't ring the Planning Office and am panicking!
