Seen this on a house I want to buy, and a lot of cheap properties?

Im no builder, but is this a bad thing? what does it, in essence mean

Also my estate agent says I may have difficulty getting a mortgage on a part-concrete build - why?

There's a contributor 'Biro' at this forum who seems to be in the know - you'll have to excuse his/her profanity though ...

Just do a google search for something like "house concrete build problems" or similar....
