Default Porperty In South Africa

Hi

Over the last few years there there have been alot of foreigners buying property, especially in Cape Town.
Was curious to know if there is anyone who owns a property here ??

Hi Palmer
Although it is becoming progressively easier for foreigners to invest in South Africa many laws and rules remain a complex subject. I don't own property in Cape Town but I know someone who does and according to him foreign buying of property in Cape Town has dropped significantly in the face of a strong rand and global economic conditions. Non-residents can purchase property for cash and also rent property easily because the transactions are straightforward.
