Default Pre cont enq - electrical works question
I've just had the solicotors equiries for our house sale come through and one of the questions asks: Has any electrical works been done since 2005? If so please confirm that a qualified electrician completed them and provide a certificate.

Since 2005 I have changed plug sockets, light switches and fitted a new electric shower.

If I say that I did these works myself (I'm not an electrician) am I opening myself up for prosecution as apparently this is ilegal?

What should I say!!
