Default Property D/R

Hello everybody I am new to these fourms. I was going to ask how hard is it to build houses with laws etc planning. I was also going to ask how much profit can be made . I also have another question regarding property renovation. What adds value to a renovation .?

Thanks

J

To renovation - your invaluable pleasure. But if you want to add value to property you need to extend it or make it bigger, and of course some renovation to make it pretty.
Building new dwellings involves registering with NHBC who you must pay for inspections etc. and of course lots of paperwork. Your can only make good profit if you are experienced, you do it by plan, on time and get cheap materials.
