Default Property for development in Warwickshire

Hi,
we have found a property we wish to develop in warwickshire.
However it is part of a group of three houses being sold as one lot. The sellers do not wish to split the lots.
We cannot raise finance to buy the whole lot, so we are looking for partners to join us to buy the remaining houses.

Partners or are you selling? I may know someone interested if the deal is right?

What part of Warwickshire as well?
