Default Property portfolios wanted for outright cash purchase

We are currently seeking entire property portfolios for acquisition. Typically lower value portfolios are preferred. We assess each deal on its merits and are also looking at entire block of flats and entire estates for sale.

We are looking for portfolios and blocks of flats up to £5million.

We also purchase individual units at a minimum of 30% off RICS valuaton.
