Default Property with flying freehold - RSJ supported or not???

Hey guys, looking for a builder with a good eye. Basically we want to buy this property - we just had the structural survey done - but the surveyor is not 100% that the flying freehold is being held up properly with RSJs or with the wooden posts you can see in the image attached (in link below).
