Hi all,
I still see a lot about being able to create no money down deals, but each path I have explored appears to now be closed. The biggest hurdle is getting mortgage companies to re-mortgage on a purchase within 6 months of purchase. How can I structure a no money down deal? There are plenty of cheaper properties in my local area that are being re-possessed and I know I am missing out. I really want to get going but currently after a dry spell of work don't have the funds. I know this might be a 'sensitive' question, so PM me if need be. Any help is appreciated.

Hi
I have been talking to a few companies about this in the UK recently. There seems to be a few deals about but some are now for overseas property too which surprised me. Have you dealt with any reputable firms in London where the structure stills works? Thanks |

I don't know any firms in London, so no, I haven't dealt with any.
