Default Renting from Bogus Estate Agents, not paid last month rent

Hello,

We are renting from a seriously bogus estate agents, way too many illegal things have gone on to mention.

They have left us without hot water, entered our property without permission.. etc. We have had to hold money back on several occasions, to get things sorted out.

We know we wont get our deposit back, we havent paid the last months rent, we do not plan on paying the last month. We do not plan on renting with an estate agent ever again.

There is enough money in the deposit to pay the rent, and do any touch ups they 'invent'.

I was planning on writing to the dps and asking them to release the money to landlord

Any advice please would be appreciated.

Many Thanks
