Hi

I have read a few posts on this site where members have been able to provide leads on properties that are undergoing repossession. I would be grateful if anyone who has such information on properties in Birmingham, Walsall or Wolverhampton can provide me with this information.

Hi I am new to this forum but have already found it very helpfull so thankyou. I recently purchased some Birmingham city centre apartments at a massive discount as they had been repossesed but were in perfect condition and got tennents straight away.

I used someone who had bulk bought a large number of these properties. Not sure if this was the best way to go about it but am happy so far.

Maybe worth checking out Crimson. See bmv investment properties uk
They are based in Leamington and often have underpriced properties available in the midlands
