Am actually watching Turkey, but think agents have not really dropped prices since the economic crisis hit, and so can't even begin to consider buying until the overseas property market starts pricing realistically.

Like I said, I'd love to buy, but I think all overseas markets are not making proper price adjustments for market conditions, therefore wait and see seems to make more sense. There are also properties on rightmove for a similar price that look bigger and better.
