Default restrictive covenants
I purchased a piece of land with my house that is accessed via a private road.The original landowner owns the access road and has developed her side of the land into holiday chalets.In my deeds it states that I have access to one dwelling only and I wish to build holiday chalets myself.Can I get this overturned? Willl this stop me from developing?

Well, it sounds like you need to negotiate access rights with the rights holder - if they are even interested in considering this.
