My advice to anyone using any of these companies is to ensure they supply you with everything in writting such as reserve price, lenght of contract and money back guarentee prior to entering into contracts or payment of monies

Hi Michael,
Can you list any other companies I can talk to? I only know of two.
- Humraz require an agreement with the seller (first thing I asked) even though their service is free, but they get a lot of enquiries and can't take my property
- Pheonix/Tekram looked dodgy - didn't bother contacting them
Do you know of anyone else I can contact?
