I am dealing with a Right to Buy purchase where the RTB papers are in the names of Mother and daughter. I am trying to find a lender who will disregard the age of the mother, as she is 75 yrs old, and just look at the affordability of the daughter.
Also, the property is of part concrete 1970's construction. Finding a lender who will allow both of these things is proving very tricky Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated |

With the lender using the age of the oldest applicant you are going to struggle. Im not sure of any that go much above 75 anyway. Is it not possible to have the papers done on just the daughters name?
