Rightmove optimistic about house prices

I think Rightmove may be being a little optimistic, although I suppose they are basically estate agents.
I do struggle with comments like the '10% of the bottom of the market' - who is to say what the bottom of the market is. People have always been keen to try and attach a value to their properties but at the end of the day it is only worth what someone is willing to pay you for it. Personally I feel it will take a little longer than the end of this year before a fall in house prices ceases.
