Hi
I currently have a mortgage with First Direct on a Property which I brought myself 2 years ago. I now would like to purchase a new property with my partner. I have just re-morgaged on a Life Term Tracker and can't chnage this to a Buy-To Let as FD do not have such products. I have been speaking to some other lenders and they say I would need to prove rental income on my flat before I can take out another morgage. Is there another way to do this as we would not like to move out but are willing to do so if we need to. Also what kind of proof is generally needed for morgage lenders? Thanks. |
