Default Selling Privately
Hello Everyone,

We are with an estate agent who we have a sole agent agreement with. It is not a sole selling rights agreement.

We have some interest in our property from a friend of a friend who found out we were selling. They had not seen any form of advertising regarding our house.

How would or could this work if they wanted to put down an offer without going through the agents.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You say you have a sole agent agreement but no sole selling rights agreement, how does this work?
