Thumbs up Selling properties in Tunisia

Folla Properties Tunisian Real Estate Developer is one of the companies of "Soula Group" which composes of different companies in diverse domains. Its goal is to offer development with themes, especially tourist residences.
I’ts last last project named « AQUA RESORT Apartments », a Front Line Beach Residence located in Chott Meriam ( Sousse ), one of the most popular tourist area in Tunisia.
The project is composed of 3 phases, the first one named “Aqua Blue” that offers on- site:

-Loft, 1,2,3 bedroom apartments
-3 outdoor swimming pools
-SPA center with indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath (Hammam), sauna, fitness center, gymnasium and beauty and massage treatment rooms
-Maintained front line beach
-pizzeria
-boutiques
-Restaurants and cafes
-Mini club
-Underground parking ...etc.

Yes, but is it sealed off from the surrounding area? Simply that tourists to Tunisia tend to be kept aware from everyday Tunisia for safety reasons.

Or did I misunderstand something?
