Hello To all im a newbie here but i am also in the shared build project with Alan Stacey and i am also going to do some joint ventures with him when i have raised the extra cash. I think it is a fantastic oppertunity to get on the road to riches and to start out as a small developer with a good team behind you and who knows where it will end i could be as big as Sir John Hall who built the metro centre in Gateshead.
And living a very comfertable life in the process.Tim Last edited by Tim-Hewison; 19-03-2007 at 11:59 PM. Reason: spelling |

I just recently found a program that is really great. There is a program for lower income qualifiers that will get you a house built at a MAJOR discount! You simply apply, wait for approval and then when they are ready to start building, you have to help build it, along with other members joining the program. I think this is a really great way to get a new house!
