Default Shared Build Group and Jont Ventures

Hi

Is anyone interested in doing a Joint Venture on a New Build Home?

Invester needs 50% of land cost (approx £60K) Financing is arranged for the construction and the rest of the land cost and profits are shared out 50/50 at the end of the project. From start to finish is about 6-8 months.
