Default Should there be a centralised database of properties?
I'm currently having to build a list of property sites to visit to watch out for latest properties, but I still feel that I'm missing out, especially those small independents who don't even have a website, but may have a few exclusive gems.

As someone looking to buy a property, it would be so much easier to simply have a centralised list I can search by area and price.

But is that such a good idea?

I mean, if there are small independents with hidden gems, then would this actually benefit me more if I take the time to track them down?

Also, would a centralised database require increased costs for sellers?
