Default snagging..to snag or not to snag

Snagging - its a pain..trying to get all those problems sorted out whilst you are still moving in

......having to trudge round the site to find the site manager ...whos trying to avoid you ...because if he sees you looking for him ..it can only mean one thing...compliants and more work for him.

Snagging is the consyruction industries term for finding and fixing all those niggling little (and sometimes not so little) things that go wrong during the building process.

Issues always occur with every property built and the best builders will always include a snagging process to catch these items and fix them.

brickkickers research has shown that even the best builders don’t get it right, and the recent survey show that the problem is growing.

brickkickers offer new home buyers the peace of mind of a professional snagging inspection...we offer free advice to fellow forum members ...

Having just rented in a new estate, there are certainly plenty of issues can can arise with new builds.

However, I've not yet had problems - nor heard of others having problems - in getting the site managers to come round and deal with such issues.
