Hi Guys,
We are a small software consultancy based in Leeds, UK and we are looking for small-mid sizes estate/letting agents to help us build a property management solution. The proposal is fairly simple, we want to find 4-5 agents with solid experience within the property domain to act as investors and clients. The product will be financed by all parties, so investment of time and capital is required. The advantages to the letting agencies being that the product will be freely available for them to use and more importantly they will receive a commission on resale of the product. |

Well, I've just been watching Dragon's Den, so ......
What are the Unique Selling Points of the software to be developed? What will it have that the other products already in the marketplace don't? What's special about your software consultancy? Why should I/we invest time and effort in this proposal? C'mon, you'll need to tell everyone a lot more than you have already to get anyone on board..... |
