SPC Moray
Just as ESPC covers the East of Scotland, GSPC the West, and HSPC the north, SPC Moray manages to specialise in the Moray area of North-West Scotland.
So if you're looking to buy along the Moray coast or whisky country, the SPC Moray website is going to be invaluable in your search: http://spcmoray.com/ There are basic and advanced search options available - certainly the advanced search is more useful if you have set criteria in mind, such as price range and number of bedrooms. The website is pretty easy to use - all schedules are in standard PDF format, with the additional touch of making the photos look awful for colour and grainyness. You do have to supply a name and email address before you can download any of the PDF's, but frankly if you're worried about privacy here, you can enter any values you like and they'll still be accepted.

Another point about this site - most of the PDF files you get of property particulars suffer from really bad colour issues - leaving soft and bright colours look thick and fuzzy - soft greens become garish dark greens, light polished wood becomes garish and dark, and so on.
