This is crazy, my house i live in is valued at £220,000 - that includes 4 bedrooms and a large garden/garage thats basicaly the key aspects to my house your's offers so much more at a brilliant rate, gosh i wish i could live abroad :L

So do I, I love Benidorm. We went out recently to look at a piece of land much further down near Mijas but the guy who was selling for a song, this wonderful plot, turned out to be a toe-rag. We did an Escritura on the property at the Ayuntamiento (Town hall) and the deeds didn't belong to the bloke at all. When I got back and spoke to him, he went very quite and said there must have been a mistake.

Well done Danzo for catching him out, unfortunately he will probably prey on the next person to come his way. I wish there was some legal way of penalising people who misrepresent things, even at such an early stage.

The Spanish market needs to be cleaned of "cowboys" like in the Danzo experience. Any state agent of freelancer that mnislead buyers and the legal process must be reported to the authorities in order to be penalized.
