Default Swap or PX house in Spain for House in UK

Hi,

I have a 6 Bedroomed detached country house with self contained apartment in Spain that I would like to swap or PX for a property in the UK.

The property is in the mountains of southern Spain in a beautiful position amongst almond and olive trees.

I am looking for a 2-4 bedroomed detached rural property in the the UK prefer the south-west but would consider other locations.

The property is on sale at 320000 pounds if a PX deal I would want the cash adjust ment in my favour.

Kind regards

David
