A good idea in this situation would be to inform an regulatory body of what they are doing. If they are joined to the NAEA then call them, if not try the Property Ombudsman or the Office of Fair Trading who should certainly be able to help.

Thanks. I tried all the usual bodies that you mention, but as usual, they were of no real help, stating that I had to use the EA's complaints procedure first. But I did manage to stop the EA from advertising my property, by sending them a recorded delivery letter.
