Question Tanking a Listed property
Nobody in Legal is biting, so I thought I would see if anyone in Property Development is up to speed on Listed legalities:

Do I need permission to tank out a cellar in a Grade II Listed property? I'm not talking about any structural changes, such as creating new doorways, building partitions or knocking down walls, just tanking out what already exists to make the cellar dry.
