Default Brazil

Hi Ray

The only places in Brazil worth investing are in natal in the North due to the new airport and the governments dedication to investing in the tourist infrastructure in the area or else Rio de Janeiro where you can expect similar prices to West Europe capitals. Panama has great tax breaks and Argentina is very good keep an eye out for investment product called greenfields I think basically guaranteed buyback of land with 10% rental yield you should be able to google it
