Default The New Hotspot!

According to the news, the UK and France have replaced all other European areas as the hotspots in which to buy property. This should make the estate agents a little happier!

I don't really see why though...most of the home sin the UK are still overpriced depending on areas.

The UK is very scary for property buying at the moment - I feel lots of uncertainty.

Varying factors are making the Uk atrractive to investors. Steady immigration, loads of foreign money, strong £££, big city bonuses.
