Default Update of Hips for home buyers

ERPS not HIPS to ease home-buying …

‘HIPs are history’ says Simply HIP’s www.simplyhip.co.uk managing director Ashley King, after declaring that HIPs were meant to deliver to consumers the ability to deliver a more informed decision, but never did.
From 9 November, Simply HIP are upgrading their HIP orders to something more fit for purpose – an Exchange Ready Pack (ERP), which has been specifically designed to help a buyer’s conveyancer proceed more quickly with the transaction once an offer has been accepted by including some, if not all, of the legal information required to prepare a ‘solicitor’s contract pack’ at the start of the process.

Just an update as HIPs are rumoured to finish soon...

Why not include all the legal information needed? Otherwise, the pack cannot be "exchange ready"!
