Default Victorian Terrasce side return extension
Hi

Not sure if this the right forum but here goes!

We are thinking of extending the kitchen of our Victorian terrace by building out in to the side return.

Our neighbours have already done the same but have included a small high level window in what will be the party wall.

1. Would the window have complied with planning regulations?

2. Will this prevent us from extending?

Any advice on this would be appreciated.
