Hi
I have bought a 1 flat of the available flats that once was a a large old family house. all appliances are new and installed by the developer. 6months in and the dishwasher has broken and now the boiler has stopped working. The dishwasher's 1yr warrenty FROM PURCHASE (which is 6 months ago) has elapsed. My questions: 1. It this classified as a new / refurb build? 2. It there a warrenty from the developer to cover the appliances from the date i took over the ownership of the home. e.g. From the time i actually started using the NEW appliances. Or do i have to cover the costs of the 6months old boiler myself. Many thanks in advance. Omneo |
