WESTERN ALGARVE, PORTUGAL

SELF BUILD DEVELOPMENT FOR OWNER OCCUPIER OR FOR INVESTMENT.
I own a plot of hurban land in a village in the Western Algarve. Outline planning permission was obtained, this was only valid for 12 months and I have allowed it to lapse, for 16 properties with a communal swimming pool, garden and car parking.
I am looking for persons who may wish to self build jointly with me as owner occupiers or as an investment.
If interested, please contact me and I will send you further details with pictures.
