I thought this was quite amusing from Finance Daily...

The Craigslist Guide to Estate Agent Clichés
“Would suit D-I-Y enthusiast” = Would suit demolition
“Bijou property” = Microscopic
“Convenient for motorway access” = Triple-glazing a minimum
“Efficient use of space” = “Cramped” doesn’t describe it
“Incredible potential” = Incredible cost to do up
“Delightfully secluded” = A week’s drive to the nearest shop
“Up-and-coming-area” = Expect to be mugged
“Sought-after location” = Flash post-code, inflated price
“New price” = On the market a year; not a nibble
Deceptively spacious”: = Guess who’s being deceptive
“Borders on…” /”Moments from…” = In a criminal wasteland; 20 mins from civilisation

What about the famous "just give it a coat of paint and sell it for £10000 more" - meaning please buy this property and ask me to sell it again, I'll make money even if you dont!
