Default What stage am i at ?

Viewing done.
Offer accepted.
Estate Agents done paperwork.
Both parties have instructed solicitors.
Their mortgage is completed.
A mortgage survey and valuation is arranged.

Whats the next stages if all goes Ok with the valuation {fingers crossed}?

Make sure you have the cash, arrange moving company.

Forgot to state.

Im selling the property.
Not selling to move and buy another home.
Just selling.

Whats the next stages after valuation and survey ?
