Basically if you let me know what area/region you are looking for I can provide you with a list of properties and which estate agents to contact to arrange viewings. Providing you can provide proof of funds and ID to the agents I will tell you how much to offer, the offer will then come into my office and I will push the offer through to be accepted. I can get you thousands of the current asking price, but will charge you fee of £750. Let me know if interested
