I've just subscribed to a few lists, but they seem to come in drips and drabbles and don't seem to be that far off market value (whatever that is these days!)

I am looking for investors who are interested in bmv property leads, these are genuine live leads. Also i have access to thousands of repo leads, hearings over the last 12 months. Would anyone be interested in this?

Default repo leads
I have 75,000 repo leads, hearings over the last 12/18 months. Many of these will be facing court action again, these cover all areas and include name and address, lender details etc.. From experience there will be a great number interested in selling their property bmv. Please PM me if you want further details.
