Default Real advice

Morning All,

It is a hard game getting hold of repossessions, properties in administration etc.

Obviously, if you have a lead-generating site, you will no doubt achieve many hits - most of these will be owners in a distressed position looking for a quick sale... and hence, you may well get a bargain.

However, you must know the true market value of the property NOW ie. in today's market (it is not worth buying a property that is subsequently going to drop further in value, or indeed if the value has been inflated)... as well as the condition of the property to decide whether it is a safe investment.

I currently have good relationships with insolvency practitioners, bank administrators, as well as a lead-generating site. A buyer must move fast if he wants to secure a deal.

On each property, the amount that you get off is dependent on the position the vendor is in.

I have many cash buyers who are looking for property portfolios in London & South & are not really geared towards individual sales.

Please email me your requirements and I will see if I can help with anyone's individual needs.

I need:

Discount:
Are you a cash buyer?
Have you got proof of funds and can you get me a letter of intent?
What sort of stock are you looking for?
